About Us
Our names are Blake and Matthew. We are two married men who live the beautiful suburb of Marana, Arizona, just northwest of the sunny, vibrant, and multi-cultural community of Tucson. Blake grew up here while Matt was born and raised in Orange County, California. Both musicians, we met in 2016 through Instagram while both working in the music industry in California and began dating after attending an Ariana Grande concert together! We have lived together in Orange County, Nashville, and finally ended up here in 2018. We got married in 2019, bought our first house in 2020 and finally purchased our forever home (the perfect house to bring a baby home to!) in 2022! We have 3 dogs named Chandler, Monica, and Joey who are very spoiled but very well behaved. We are surrounded by friends and family in our community and never feel a lack of love and support and just know that our future baby/babies won't just be gaining the love of 2 dads, but the love of an entire village.

Marana is one of the safest neighborhoods in Arizona and has above average schools. With lots of parks, walking trails, restaurants, shopping, & more, Marana is a wonderful place to build a family. We are just a quick 15 minute drive from the neighboring communities of Oro Valley and Catalina Foothills, and a 20 minute drive from Downtown Tucson!
Tucson is a culturally diverse community, blending Native American, Spanish, Mexican and Anglo cultures. We are a kind and welcoming community to live, work, and visit. It is this diversity and kindness that attracts people from across the globe.
Our Home
In 2022 we purchased our "forever home" in Marana, Arizona - a suburb northwest of Tucson. Marana is the perfect place to raise a family - lots of parks, hiking trails, great schools, shopping, food, and more... plus it's just a quick drive to Downtown Tucson to experience all of the culture and excitement of the city! Our home is a single-story, 2300 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is open concept with lots of space in the main area, plus a great bonus room in between the two back bedrooms that will make a perfect playroom! Our primary bedroom is near the other bedrooms. The backyard is completely fenced in and landscaped with turf.
Blake's parents live just 25 minutes away in the neighboring community of Oro Valley, and most of our friends - many of whom have young kids themselves - live within 10 minutes of us. Marana has an above average school district with the closest K-8 school - located within 5 minutes of our house - receiving an A rating from the state.
Our neighborhood has multiple parks & playgrounds, walking paths, a clubhouse, splash pad and pool with events for kids like swim-up movie nights during the summer and “Food Truck Fridays” year-round. The streets are constantly filled with kids playing, riding their bikes, and selling lemonade or other homemade treats on the corner. During Halloween and Christmas, the entire neighborhood is aglow and neighbors compete in holiday decorating contests. On most weekends, hot air balloons fly directly overhead, making our gorgeous neighborhood surrounded by mountains feel even more picturesque. It truly is a little slice of suburban paradise just outside of Tucson.
